Is there any chance that the wave will get a kappa in the future? I would really like something like this:

I like the idea with prone effect spilling the kappa's water and removing it from play! :)
I would imagine it's likely the kappa could belong to Ro-Kan, as well, given that it's a water sprite and the Temple seems to be heavily focused on elements and natural alliances. They already have Kitsune and will definitely have more magical beings in the future.
Then again, a kappa could surely find a place in the Wave, too. The Oni have a very otherworldly feel in Bushido, but Bakemono are quite local and fairly similar in nature to what kappa could be.
If I were responsible for balancing out this model, I'd probably nerf its CC a little bit. At the moment it's quite a strong statistic, with Rice cost of only 7. CC 3/3 looks less epic in my opinion. ;)
Personally I'd go for a wrestling kappa rather than a spear-wielding kappa, but that's just a matter of subjective preference.
I'm not sure if it's just me but I feel like giving your kappa both Armour and Heal makes him a little bit of a one-person army. I'd probably go for a slightly higher Rice cost if I was making such a dependable warrior. But other than that he sounds like a fun frontline soldier.

I think you missintepreted the CC Pool. He has 2 dice and can increase it with 3 Ki.
Armour and healing is maybe to good, i agree.
What are your ideas?

I you want to keep his scaly armour and still retain the healing ability, maybe make it conditional? It would make thematic sense for a kappa to heal himself when submerged in water, but healing others is a rather benevolent kind of magic. ;) So maybe just self-healing? Or maybe only when the kappa is on a certain type of terrain (water)?
The heal/armour is ok when you onlyhave to knock it over to kill it. As they are rapists and eaters of virgins, I doubt that they would belong to the Ro-kan faction. I don't think they would belong to any of the current groups, maybe as a mercenary as they are helpful creatures until they turn on you.
