- a blister of risable kairai
- bushido bases and base accessoires
- an extra marionette to order
- the rulebook
ahh, I think I will find more in my head in the days to come. Feel free to add something guys :)

I'd like to see-
Wave- something medium sized, (tengu perhaps? or the larger bakemono described in the stories)
Prefecture- a Ki manager, and another arquebus would be cool
Temple- a Badger spirit, and something with a ranged attack!
Cult- hungry ghosts and disposable burakumin
And a Rulebook (esp the maps and fluff) but not until its ready:)

Everything Drifter said, plus a dragon for Prefecture. Also the new faction with the guy illustrated in the cover of the quick play rules, and a partnership deal for another company to make official tokens/terrain. (Though there is some pretty good terrain out there if you search deeply enough, Japanese stuff can be hard to find).

More factions (maybe 2?) - Chinese pirates!
This is the only thing stoping some poeple from playing where I am. People don't want to have the same faction as other people as they are all so individual.
I get all 4, so I guess people I play against will always have same factions as me. Come-on Shiho Clan.
Shiho Bandits, Jung Pirates and the Silver Moon Kumi are all mentioned in the new story about Gengo. I'm expecting the bandits this year, perhaps a new faction each year until all the major ones GTC has in mind are established? Can't wait for the pirates though, will definitely have to collect them as a second (or third) faction.
Also, once we have 5 factions that will mean 5 new models every month hopefully.

And another faction or two. One of the biggest feedback items I get as a Retainer is more variety please!... and a rulebook.
