Excitement Building

So my prefecture starter set (plus a Ro-Kan set for my long-suffering gaming buddy) is here. And so are most of the bits for putting a Bushido board together -

- Two Foo Dogs
- A resin Japanese temple
- A set of stone lanterns
- Some trees

I'll post pics of the board and the minis when I've made some progress on both, but I thought I'd share my excitement for the moment ...

I wonder before how long one one I'll make some insanely ambitious tree with glowing chinese lanterns powered by one customised fairy lights set... Or is that just me?

A tree with lanters is a good idea. I've been thinking rather of normal stone lanterns with light in them.

I follow the rules of bushido. I am a bushi.

you can get wooden beads with a ribbed effect that look perfect for oriental paper lanterns, I had a bracelet that i snapped and once painted up they look ace:)

Never tell me the odds: Han Solo;)

Great idea to use beads! (Well, not if you want to put lights in them.)
