I think you'll find many here who are more than willing to help you out, but that we may need more direct questions.

What is it about ki you have trouble with?

The figure gets as many Ki as the first number at the start of the turn, but cannot have more than the second number.

If you need to make a Ki check it's the first number that counts.

You spend them as per the Ki abilities the figure has.

I follow the rules of bushido. I am a bushi.

yh its spending ki and then gaining it again so say like a character has like 4 ki so you say he starts with the first number so like if it was 2 , if i spend like 2 on a ability, on my next turn do i regain both counters or i used or just 1

If for example the Ki stat is 2/6 for a character that character gaines 2 Ki in the Ki Phase and he can have a maximum of 6 Ki at once, if you spent 2 Ki from your stash of 4 you still get 2 Ki next Ki Phase, if you spent all 4 Ki you have at the moment he still only gaines 2 Ki in the next Ki Phase.

Hope this helps.

Yeah. Every turn, at the start of the turn, a model with 2 Ki will get two Ki, unless they're at their maximum Ki (the second number in their Ki stat).
