I know these questions are already answered in this forum. I am not a native speaker. Please excuse, that I ask again. I want to avoid any misunderstanding....
1. Charge.
Do I have (means MUST) to charge the full movement to get the charge bonus and happens if the enemy is not this far away. He is closer... is there a minimum charge range.
Right now, we play it this way: Kenko (Movement 4) wants to charge Hiro (yes, he is in a suicide mood :-). Hero is 3'' or 7'' away.
Does he get the bonus for both distances, even Hiro is in the option within Kenko basic movement. He if Hiro would be within a half '' Kenko would get the charge bonus?
2. Shooting into combat
Can Minuro shoot in a close combat (two models are in BtB)?
Our rules interpretation right now.
2.1 The shooter must be not in BtB with an enemy. If he is in BtB. He can not shoot (in his combat or another)
2.2 The target is also not in BtB (with an enemy). If the target is in BTB the shooter can not shoot.
e.g. Minuro is free and has loaded gun and wants to shoot Ekusa who is in BtB with Yoshio.
Minuro can not shoot, even if there is a LOS
The same would happen, if Kenko is in BtB with Minuro and Ekusa is not in BtB.
2.3 Ki Feats, traits are no ranged attack. They work anyway.
3 Trigger
Do triggers always work, if the value is reached...
e.g. Mikio is fighting someone (he attacks and defends) and gets on the attack and on the defense triggers (Drag (2 on a white die) and Kamarite (2 on a black dice). Must he move to 1'' (drag) plus 1'' (kamraite) and bring the enemy in BtB?
I hope our interpretation is right.

As far as I understand it (and I'm pretty certain):
1. No, there is no minimum range to get charge bonus. It is a bit confusing that the rules say that "The model must move double its Base Move statistic in a straight line", but I suppose the 'must' is regarding the straight line bit.
2. It has been clarified here in the Living Rulebook that you cannot shoot at models that are in BtB with a friendly (to the shooter) model.
3. "Attack and Defense Triggers are optional and the player may choose not to use a trigger but must do so before rolling on the wound chart."
Your question seems to imply that triggers are when a certain number is rolled on the dice, but it is the success level that must be reached to trigger the effect. So the difference between the attack and corresponfing defence die has to be two for Mikios triggers to occur.
