Just wondering, does decapitate negate Risa Again?
eg. If Hiro gets his trigger off against, say, Araka, and he has enough Ki to rise again, can he do it? Or does the fact that Hiro's trigger state that the model is removed from play negate that and just kill him out right?

Yes removing the model from play means its out of the game, before the rise again would trigger
