But seriously, sure, I'll do a tutorial about how to grow your garden. It's much easier than real plants, they always turn brown here, no matter what glue I use.
So, here come the last of my WIPs and pictures of all my gorintōs.
The last masters. Most of the stuff is easy to see what it is. The pieces under the dice is plaster cast in moulds made by bigger dice. The middle pieces, the pyramids, are casts from a d10 and a d8.
Casts of the above, after I've gone over them with a knife. The leftmost is the diamond gorintō, and the rightmost isn't finished yet.
The third from the left is the one with my attempts at characters. I simply draw them with a pencil and then used an ordinary pin to trace over and over. One of the nice things about working in plaster.
And here they all are. The diamond sutra gorintō stands out a little more like it does in reality, but not quite. Shifting light really does it.
Congratulations mate, a well deserved win. You really went to town with the details. The flowers are a really nice touch. Are they pre made tufts or flock on flock?
I would love to see these kind of terrain challenges become a regular thing... perhaps every other month. GCT prizes optional :)
Creating masters and moulds is a great idea and I have purchased some instance mould for the next project.

The flowers are from MiniNatur.
The ferns are made of fronds from small plastic palm trees.
