Ushi's Obey

Fairly sure I know the mechanics behind this, but better to check and know for certain.

Ushi uses "Obey" on an enemy model. He succeeds, the enemy gains 1 Control Token, and is  considered friendly until they take a simple action. Fairly straight forward.

Here's my example to seek clarification:

Jin from the Prefecture is fighting Ushi from the Savage Wave in melee combat. Jin is fighting Ushi beside Yoshio (also prefecture) and the pair have an outnumbering bonus (debuff) against Ushi. The turn has only just started and the Savage wave win Initiative

Ushi uses Obey as his action on Jin and succeeds. Jin cannot be chosen by the prefecture player to act as she is now a friendly Savage Wave model.

Yoshio attacks Jin . He rolls as -1 Dice because he is now Outnumbered (he is facing Jin and Ushi). Even so he commits all his dice to defense in the hopes of snapping her out of Ushi's control without harming her.

Here are my questions:

1) As Jin is now a friendly model, does she actually provide a Outnumbered Debuff against Yoshio (who is now fighting two enemy units in melee?)

2) After Yoshio attacks Jin, regardless of any damage done to either side, does Jin's act of defending against Yoshio force Yoshio to perform a simple melee action (i.e.: defend against Jin's attack) which thereby ends the "Obey" on Jin?

3) If the answer for question 2 is "No", I assume then she remains under the Savage Wave's control until she is instructed to perform a simple action - such as attack Yoshio. Is that correct?

3) In the exchange of Jin VS Yoshio, while Jin cannot use any Ki feats, can the Savage Wave player (as he is in control of Jin for the exchange) spend Jin's Ki to increase her Melee CL against Yoshio for the combat exchange?

1) Controlled models are friendly (to Ushi), so yes.

2) Fighting back in cc is considered an action, so attacking your (former) own model with all dice in defense will bring it back immediately.

3) Controlled models cannot use KI Feats (buying dice isconsidered  a Ki Feat).
